  • I started seeing Kim following an increase in significant stressors in my life. Since my initial session my stress response has significantly lowered and I am now finding that I can manage a lot better and make better choices in terms of the way I respond to stress and manage mental fog. In addition to my significantly improved ability to manage stress in general, I feel so much more grounded and present. I can not recommend healing sessions with Kim enough.

  • I initially made contact with Kim at Body and Breath when I was desperate to avoid medicating my acute back pain. I was desperately requiring immediate relief without the use of strong pain medications. The gentle treatment did not exacerbate my condition at all and within the first week my pain had significantly reduced and for the first time since sustaining my injury I was able to move about with ease. Whilst receiving treatment for my back pain I realised that I was also on a long over due journey of healing my extremely neglected body and soul. Sessions with Kim allowed me to release significant trauma and built up emotions resulting in feeling lighter, sleeping better, coping with life and managing my emotions in a much healthier way. I am grateful for Kim’s constant care, compassion and wisdom and I can not recommend her enough for her professionalism, knowledge and loving support.

  • After decades of suffering emotionally, psychologically and spiritually I felt like I had tried everything. I had essentially given up hope as I had seen every health professional possible. A friend happened to mention that her teen daughter had been seeing Kim for mental health challenges and was thriving with her support so I thought I would try ‘one more thing’. I am not sure what she does but she created some pretty significant shifts from the first appointment. Each session has felt different but always with big noticeable shifts following the sessions.   • I love going to my appointments with Kim, she helps my body get calm. I feel happy after my sessions. When I don’t see Kim I find it hard to think and get angry. Kim gives me ways to keep calm when I feel yucky at school.
